  • 1) What are the best selling products in LEIYUEH?

  • 2) What LEDs do you usually use for your LED products?
    For Most of our products, we use high quality Osram LED Chip.
  • 3) What is the product’s lead time?
    Usually, the lead time will be in 12-15 days. But it will take a little longer if : a heavy burden of production task or peak season customized products
  • 4) What is the warranty?
    OUR WARRANTY Term and Conditions Our warranty is valid according to the below conditions : The product is provided by LEIYUEH. The product is within the warranty period. The product is installed as indicated in the Manual provided by LEIYUEH. Product is use and operates within the product’s limitation. Not damaged by external forces or miscollocation. The products are not damaged by force majeure condition, such as flood, fire, earthquake, lighting strike, etc. Failure caused by its quality or design issue. Product has not been repaired and disassembled unless done or follow by LEIYUEH's instruction. The cost and action of field labor, shipping cost, service charges, software, installation, and technical assistance are not including in this warranty. Scope of Warranty : Warranty measurement of the unit. Strip light product (such as MLS-R, TCM) is warranted by per “unit length”. Lamp product is warranted by unit “piece, pc”. Warranty period. The length of warranty period is defined by the specific model. Please refer to the product catalog for the warranty period of each model. The warranty period commences on the Date of delivery from LEIYUEH. Methods : For a product that needs repair under warranty conditions, LEIYUEH will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning and delivering. If a product can not be repaired, LEIYUEH will substitute the same spec. or similar goods as a replacement. If the above methods are unavailable, the payment will be refunded. This warranty does not include costs involved in the installation, labor cost for the dismount, and reinstall.. Other conditions : When a product or part of it is replaced or refunded, the property of the items belongs to LEIYUEH. The charge may apply for the replacement or repair if the warranty is void. After maintenance, the scheme of the warranty for repair parts is: The remainder of the original warranty period, or 90 days from the date of receiving the modifications. LEIYUEH reserves the right to modify this warranty from time to time. Any modifications shall be effective for all orders placed on or after the effective date of such revised guarantee.
  • 5) Can LEIYUEH offer OEM product?
    Of course, we are good at OEM products. We have an excellent design/engineering team to offer support, and we have 30+ years of experience in OEM. The strips can have different sizes, layouts, customer logos, and labels. We will strictly follow the principle that we will not disclose or sell customers’ unique designs or jointly developed products to another third party.
  • 6) Does LEIYUEH design its products?
    Yes, LEIYUEH specializes in innovative customized Design. We have won 17 international design awards, including reddot, iF, IDEA, Good Design…etc. We designs and assembles all the products we are selling. Our engineers have abundant knowledge of optics, electronics, mechanical management, as well as light control technology.
  • 7) Does LEIYUEH own any patent?
    Yes, LEIYUEH owns 105 patents : we are creative and innovative in the lighting industry, just like a rolling, stone gathers no moss.
  • 8) Are LEIYUEH products all made in Taiwan?
    Yes, most of LEIYUEH's products are 100% manufacturing & assembling in Taiwan with high quality.
  • 9) What is the payment term?
    By T/T in Advance, PayPal, or credit card (Irrevocable L/C at Sight)
  • 10) Can I get a sample for testing before placing purchase order?
    Yes, the LEIYUEH sample can be requested before the purchase. Please contact info@leiyueh.com who will pass your request to our sales department.
